Macedonia chooses Eye Cue to find its place in the Eurovision 2018 final

Macedonia has already chosen candidacy for Lisbon. Eye Cue, pop-rock group with more than 10 years of career, will be the one who defends the colors of the country in the Parque das Nações with Lost and Found, song co-written by Bojan Trajkovski, member of the band. The public channel, MRT, has made it known just a few minutes ago through a press release. There have been 382 proposals received by the channel in the last month, screened in four rounds of voting. The selected issue has been "an overwhelming number of votes," according to the statement.

The jury, made up of different journalists, musical experts and producers, affirmed that the chosen song "has a contemporary sound and a great lyrics in the chorus, where the vocal skills of the performer stand out, offering a perfect package for Eurovision, with quality and worthy representation of the MRT. " The subject of Marija Ivanovska and Bojan Trajkovski still has no official presentation date.

The production of the song has been carried out by Darko Dimitrov, a famous producer, composer and arranger in the Balkans who has already worked on the proposals of Macedonia in 2006 and 2014, being the author and producer of Ninanajna and To the sky, respectively. He has also worked for other countries, such as Albania in 2015, as the producer of I'm alive by Elhaida Dani.
